This is a tasty dip that is easy to adjust to taste.

For example, At our house, we end up with two types. One for me, with more red pepper, and one for my wife, with less red pepper (usually none)


  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • half cup tahini
  • 2 cups chick peas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • red pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp parsley


  1. Mix in food processor
  2. Refrigerate
